Cabaret Events

For seated shows, all seats are great and offer unobstructed views of the performers. Depending on the event, there are two primary sections in the Oasis: Front Cabaret tables, and General Cabaret tables. Seats are first come first served within your section, so get here early for the best seats! Please note that most tables seat 4, meaning that parties of 3 or fewer may be sat with other small groups and share tables.

Doors open 1 hour before the show. Seating will be based on party size, arrival time, and is up to the discretion of the management. We will make every effort to seat the entire party together. If one member of the group can purchase tickets for all members, that is the easiest way to ensure everyone can sit together, or email boxoffice@sfoasis.com to coordinate.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes after the advertised start time of the show your seats may be released to any waiting list patrons who are at the venue and want to see the show.

Club Events

Club events usually open doors at 9:30pm and are general admission, standing room only. Although there is seating in our front Champagne room and lounge, you can not view the stage from those seats. If you want to attend a standing event but need accommodations, ADA seating is always available. Request it at the door upon arrival or please email boxoffice@sfoasis.com. Please note most club events with a show don’t begin their show until 11 or 11:30.

Accessibility STATEMENT

At OASIS, we are committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for all of our guests. We strive to ensure that everyone, regardless of ability, can enjoy our venue to the fullest. Below are some of the measures we have in place to support accessibility at our nightclub:

Physical Accessibility:

  • Wheelchair Access: Our venue is wheelchair accessible, except for access to the rooftop. The ground floor is accessible with ramps at all entry points and wide doorways to accommodate wheelchairs.

  • Oasis has 6 single stall restrooms with 2 wheelchair accessible stalls. Both accessible stalls have bathroom bars for assistance.

  • Oasis does not have an elevator to the roof, so the roof is currently not wheelchair accessible

  • Oasis’ Champagne Room bar is wheelchair accessible. The main room bar is not wheelchair accessible, as there are 2 steps up. Wheelchair users can request table service and ordering at the hallway entrance if the Champagne Room bar is closed.

  • Designated Seating: We offer designated accessible seating areas for all events, which are available near the stage. If you have trouble locating them or need additional assistance / have questions, you can contact our Box Office Manager Vanilla at boxoffice@sfoasis.com

Service Animal Access:

  • Guests with service animals are welcome to bring their animals into the venue. We request that the animal remains under control at all times to ensure the safety and comfort of all patrons.

Staff Support:

  • We are in the process of ensuring our staff is trained to assist with any accessibility needs and provide a welcoming and supportive experience. If you require assistance, please don’t hesitate to speak with one of our team members or email boxoffice@sfoasis.com in advance.

Feedback:

  • We value feedback on how we can further improve accessibility. If you have suggestions or if you encounter any barriers during your visit, please contact us at info@sfoasis.com or speak with a member of our staff.

Looking ahead:

  • We are looking into ways we can improve accessibility for those with sound / vision disabilities and sensitivities. ASL interpreters are offered on occasion and will be articulated in the event description. Roof and Champagne room are available spaces for people with sound or light sensitivities should they need a break. We are dedicated to creating an enjoyable experience for everyone, and we continuously work to improve our accessibility features. Thank you for choosing OASIS, and we look forward to hosting you soon.
