Oasis 2024 general auditions
Saturday, Feburary 3rd - 10am-5pm
We’re excited to be hosting our first year of General Auditions for Oasis! If you are excited about one of our upcoming shows, or even if you just want to get seen and considered for future projects, consider signing up!
AUDITION INFORMATION:
FOR ALL AUDITIONS: Please prepare, print, and bring your headshot and resume on a two sided page.
If you are interested in auditioning for BITCH SLAP or THE NANNY - please prepare a 1 minute contemporary comedic monologue and sign up for a 10 minute General Audition slot any time between 10AM - 2PM. You might be given sides in the room based on what you're interested in reading for and what the panel would like to consider you for.
If you are interested in auditioning for STAR TREK - please prepare a 1 minute contemporary comedic monologue and ~ 16 bars of a song (about 1 minute) either acapella or with a backing track / karaoke track (we will have a Bluetooth available). Sign up for a 10 minute General Audition slot any time between 10AM - 2PM. You might be given sides in the room based on what you're interested in reading for and what the panel would like to consider you for.
If you're interested in audtioning for Drunk Drag Broadway's DIZNEY, WICKEDish, Oscar Night, Tony Night, or Yass And... Snatch Game, please prepare 32 bars (under 2 minutes) of a Disney or Broadway song to a backing track / karaoke track (we will have a Bluetooth available). And please reserve a Musical Audition slot between 3PM - 5PM. You'll be in a small group and will play some improv games as well as your song.
If you're interested in auditioning for BOTH Oasis AND Drunk Drag Broadway, please prepare both a song and a monologue, and sign up for a Musical Audition between 3PM - 5PM.

Various roles available. Show Description: Adultery, blackmail, confessions, amnesia, nervous breakdowns, bigamy, adoptions, divorce, kidnapped babies, evil twins, seduction, catfights & shoulder pads! This show has it ALL! D'arcy's send-up to the 80’s television soap-opera and telenovela in this high-camp exploration of melodrama.
