What Is The Difference Between Sections?

We offer two types of events. Seated cabaret/theater vs. club events.

For seated shows, all seats are great and offer unobstructed views of the performers, there are three primary sections in the Oasis: Premium Gold or Champagne Tables - when offered, these are the first row of tables. Premium: a select group of tables in the front half of the theater. General Admission: the remainder of the main room. Tables are set in groupings of two and four.

Club events such as Saturday night MOTHER are general admission standing only. Although there is seating in our two lounges, you can not view the stage from those seats. If you want to attend a standing event but need accommodation please send an email to: boxoffice@sfoaiss.com and we will be happy to make arrangements.

Can Seats Be Reserved In Advance?

Seating is on a first come first seated basis within each seating section. Large parties (4 or more guests) should arrive early to ensure that we will be able to seat your entire party together. For group sales we can arrange to reserve a block of seats. The venue is always open for cocktails at least 60 minutes prior to show time. On Friday and Saturday nights you can also secure famous Sneaky's BBQ for dinner.

Your entire party does not need to be present to be seated, however, we will only seat for the number of tickets sold to each party.

If tickets are purchased separately, can we still sit together?

The House Manager will use best efforts to accommodate group requests when tickets are purchased within the same section and if notified in advance by emailing a request to boxoffice@sfoasis.com. It is often not possible to accommodate group seating requests at the door the night of the show. If one member of the group can purchase tickets for all members, that is the easiest way to ensure everyone can sit together.

Do you seat late arrivals?

We do seat late arrivals, however, if you arrive after the show begins seating is at the discretion of the house manager and you will be seated in the least disruptive seats available. These seats may not be in the seating section that you purchased. Additionally, we may not be able to seat late parties with others who arrived prior to the start of the performance and we may not be able to seat late guests together.

We encourage all patrons to arrive at least 30 minutes early to all shows.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes after the advertised start time of the show your seats may be released to any waiting list patrons who are at the venue and want to see the show.

If Shows Are Sold Out, Is There A Possibility Of Still Getting Tickets?

We always hold a very limited number of seats for door sales, even at shows that are advertised sold out. These are available at a first come first served, cash only basis.

Once the limited available tickets are exhausted, guests without a ticket will be added to a wait list at the door and seated at 15 minutes after the advertised start if possible. Waiting guests are welcome to enjoy a beverage in our Lounge.
